As a paraplegic it can be hard to find helpful, effective exercise videos. I’ve found the videos by The Body Project on YouTube to be wonderful. They include simple movements (no dancing) that are easy to adapt to my disability. The leader is encouraging and helpful, and they are an all around great workout.
